Our online delivery hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Sundays and South African Public Holidays: Closed
3. Order Processing
- Orders placed outside of business hours will be fulfilled on the next available business day.
- All orders are delivered by Uber Parcel within 2 hours of order confirmation.
- Delivery is limited to a 20km radius from our Randburg shop location.
4. Delivery Limitations
- Due to the nature of our products, which require refrigeration, we can only serve customers within our specified delivery radius.
- Orders outside our service area cannot be fulfilled to ensure product quality and safety.
5. Product Returns and Refunds
- Products can only be returned if they are:
- Expired
- Demonstrably spoiled or off
- No returns will be accepted for other reasons due to the perishable nature of our products.
6. Product Quality
- We guarantee the freshness and quality of our products at the time of delivery.
- All refrigerated items are carefully handled to maintain optimal temperature during transit.
7. Payment
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept online payment via Payfast, a South African Payment Solution Provider
8. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery during the specified 2-hour delivery window.
